Please join us in celebrating the Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month and in recognizing the amazing work and transformative partnership of the Asian Pacific Islander Task Force (APITF) Population Health Equity Collective (PHEC) supported by the Equity in OC Initiative.
